Bliss Bakery is a local, family-owned, specialty bakery, producing the highest quality gluten free, grain free, and sugar free baked goods. Bliss Bakery is a 100% dedicated, celiac-safe bakery currently located in Hamilton, Michigan and now opening a second location in Holland.

Our goal has always been to create delicious and decadent treats with creative flavors and perfect texture that rival or exceed the expectations of traditional wheat and sugar-based treats. 

All of our baked goods are made from scratch in-house in small batches on a daily basis. Because we cannot source gluten, grain and sugar free fillings, frostings, caramel, graham crackers, etc., we make all of these components in-house.  

Owner, Krista Koets, has been a professional Chef and Baker her entire career and to lessen the effects of her multiple auto immune issues as well as to manage her weight effectively, she adopted a low carb, gluten free, sugar free lifestyle. Krista has spent many years testing and perfecting her recipes and continues to work hard every day to bring you the most delicious and the most innovative flavors available.

Indigo Vibes Apothecary, owned by Chelsea Fox, has joined us to help take our drink menu to the next level. Chelsea has helped craft a unique menu of mocktails, teas and coffees for our new location. Each mocktail will be a tea-based drink and include Ritual Zero Proof non-alcoholic spirits. We are excited to bring you a Windmill Island iced tea, blackberry mojito and a Michigan Mule to name a few. You can also enjoy a variety of Indigo Vibes Apothecary teas hot or iced plus stock up on your favorites in our retail space.
