2023 Coast Guard City U.S.A. Run, Presented by Trinity Health Grand Haven

The Tri-Cities Family YMCA invites you to join us on Saturday, July 29th for the Coast Guard City USA Run, presented by Trinity Health Grand Haven. 7:30am – 5K Run/Walk; 8:30am – 10K Run/Walk; 8:45am – 1 Mile Family Fun Run.

Whether you are an avid racer or an occasional walker, there is something for everyone and all ages are welcome. Our races consist of a US Track & Field certified 5k Run (MI20004MN), a US Track & Field certified 10k Run (MI22039MN) and a 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk (be sure to bring your wagon or stroller). Join us for this fun family event as we promote healthy lifestyles and building community in the Tri-Cities area! See you on the racecourse!

This Sunday our Toole meditation group at Christ Community Church in Spring Lake had three new delightful visitors. One man came from Douglas, and we had a beautiful young couple from Grand Rapids. They all had read the notice in the Natural Awakenings, Healthy Living magazine. So! The magazine is getting read with results. I am very thankful to all concerned.
